The Health Committee at Mt. Calvary AME Church in Hartsville is proud to Announce that our health mission in the church has been up and running with screenings for cardiovascular diseased and diabetes. Experts from DHEC in Florence and Carolina Hospital system have provided us visitation groups in our ministry, and we have weekly health moments on Sundays. We plan to tap into the available resources to inform our people of health risks as we feel that prevention is the best cure. Our local coordinator Mrs. BarBara Brown, has recently completed her Bs at MUSC.

The AME's is an organization of Mt. Calvary that represents the church in song throughout the community and assists Mt. Calvary financially. They are dedicated to the cause of Christ.
